Purpose-built by Henan Vance Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. in Puyang for the harshest high-pressure oilfield service — from 20 MPa cementing to 105 MPa ultra-high-pressure fracturing.
Up to 105 MPa (15,232 psi) working pressure. Fluid ends forged from 4330V alloy steel and hydrostatically tested to 1.5× rated pressure.
Consistently above 93%. Precise flow control essential for proppant scheduling and slurry placement during fracturing and cementing.
One-piece power-end frame, oversized bearings rated >40,000-hour L10 life, hard-chrome crosshead guides, and drop-forged connecting rods.
Proprietary spring-loaded, pressure-energized packing system. Typical packing life exceeds 500 operating hours under standard fracturing conditions.
Bolt-on fluid end. Individual valve seats and plungers serviceable without disconnecting piping. Field packing change in under 15 minutes per cylinder.
Skid-mounted, truck-mounted, or containerized packages. Diesel, electric VFD, hydraulic, or PTO drive options available.
